maha6 Terms & Conditions — Player Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and maha6 ("maha6", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the maha6 website at maha6.club, including all services, games, features, and content made available through the platform. By accessing the platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety.

maha6 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain informed of the current conditions.

Access to and use of maha6 is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. By creating an account or using the platform in any capacity, you represent and warrant that you satisfy each of these conditions at the time of registration and on each subsequent occasion that you use the platform.

All financial transactions on the maha6 platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are facilitated through approved payment channels only. maha6 does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or any payment method not explicitly listed as approved on the platform at the time of the transaction.

maha6 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to the individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail for matters pertaining to that promotion. Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between accounts.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the maha6 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account closed immediately, all funds forfeited, and may be reported to the relevant authorities. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the platform in any way, including to place bets, navigate pages, or exploit promotional offers.
• Colluding with other players for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the platform.
• Registering or using an account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account.
• Exploiting any technical error, software bug, or platform malfunction to gain an unfair advantage, whether or not the exploitation results in a financial gain.

maha6 monitors all accounts for signs of prohibited conduct using automated and manual review processes. Detection of prohibited conduct may result in account closure without prior notice and forfeiture of all funds, including deposits and winnings.

All content on the maha6 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, game assets, software, and the overall design and layout of the website — is the exclusive property of maha6 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publicly perform, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content on the platform without the express prior written consent of maha6. Any unauthorised use of platform content may constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights and will be pursued accordingly.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, maha6 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform or any content thereon, even if maha6 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

maha6 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. maha6's maximum aggregate liability to you for any cause whatsoever shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your maha6 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

maha6 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if maha6 reasonably determines that: the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms; there is suspicious activity on the account that warrants investigation; the account holder has provided false or misleading information; or the continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players.

maha6 may update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, maha6 will endeavour to notify registered players by email or via an in-platform notification. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. maha6 will not be liable for any loss or disadvantage you suffer as a result of failing to review updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, your sole remedy is to cease using the platform and close your account.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which maha6 operates. Any dispute arising in connection with your use of the platform should first be submitted to maha6's support team at [email protected] for informal resolution.

maha6 will acknowledge all support queries within 24 hours and aims to resolve disputes within 5 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be escalated through the formal complaints procedure described in the platform's Help Centre. Both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before pursuing any formal legal or arbitration process.
